Private and Group Instruction For All Ages, Skill Levels, and Positions
No matter what position you play, shooting the ball is one of the most exciting and important skills a player can possess. The skills required to be a technically sound shooter correlate directly with good stick skills and being a good passer.
Everyone wants to improve their shot by shooting harder and more accurately, but few players work on drills that specifically improve their technique, which allows them to shoot harder and more accurately. Lessons are focused on footwork, form, and stickskills. All of our shooting drills are based around the idea of the "total body" shooter (Hands, shoulders, torque, footwork, extension, etc.), which results in improved speed and accuracy.
Small group shooting lessons include up to 6 players
Examples of shooting drills: Time and Room, Inside/Outside Shooting, Over the Goal, Quick Sticks, Shooting on the Run, Finishing Shots, Bounce Shots, and MORE...
Your coach will demonstrate all drills and then instruct and critique form during the drills
Take your skills home with you!! All players will receive our B.2.B. Shooting Sheet which includes: Drills and information on correct footwork, hand position, and technique.
